Published by Pierre Bessard the Paris-based independent publisher of limited editions. Designed by Ramon Pez. Color photo-illustrated thermal paper-covered boards. The image on the cover is only revealed when exposed to temperatures above 27 degrees, or by human touch, otherwise, it remains black, a reference to censorship in China. First edition of 500 numbered copies, each accompanied by a signed original photograph. Known mostly for nude photographic portraits of his friends. His work is significant for its representation of Chinese sexuality within a heavily censored society. Hang sadly took his own life in 2017. Item #14677
