PIX is a numbered book series curated by Pete Voelker and published under the name Spotz. Each portfolio starts with an image Voelker picks from a photographer to be used as a prompt, he invites other photographers to submit a photo in response to that image. Over a 2-month submission period, Voelker receives entries from people all over the world. From there he edits the photos into sequences that put young or amateur photographers’ work in conversation with images made by photographers with decades long careers. Item #18987
