Published in conjunction with the exhibition at ACA Galleries, New York, on view thru June 21st, the book contains unique juxtapositions of historic and contemporary works of art. Ancient Egyptian and Grecian artifacts, paintings by Picasso, Ryder, Soutine and Vasari are shown alongside artworks by Bruce High Quality Foundation.
The Bruce High Quality Foundation (BHQF) is a Brooklyn-based artist group whose production includes subversive and often humorous art installations, live performance, film, and social sculpture.
This limited edition book was produced in collaboration with Theophilos Constantinou of Paradigm Publishing and designed by the artists. The book contains numerous illustrations and a curatorial statement by Nemo Librizzi.
