Dashwood Books is proud to participate in the inaugural summer of The Palms, a vacant lot located in the heart of The Rockaways that has been transformed into a lush tropical garden & community space at the edge of the sea.

Founded by David Selig of Rockaway Taco and Edgemere Farm and curated by Amy Morris and Anna Polonsky of design agency The MP Shift, The Palms is an intimate square that brings together specialized merchants and institutions with extensive programing and events scheduled thru Labor Day. Examples include: movie nights curated by Greta Gerwig; pop-up dinners, art installations, wellness programs (yoga classes, a mud bath) and more!

Dashwood will be setting up shop for the August 28th, 29th & 30th selling their latest publications and posters and a curated selection of zines by international artists.
